(Going on National REIA cruise- you can come too every February!)
 
Doug and Ginney have been buying large houses and creating housing for newly released prison inmates.  The Shared housing model can be used for a lot of people needing a life transition.  Ginney, a social worker, wanted to spread the word about this kind of needed housing.  She is on a mission to get more REAPS members involved in providing this kind of needed housing, so come get insights from a fellow member.
 
If you have considered a roommate type of model; rooming house, rent by the room or shared room, or pad split type of housing, you will get tips too.
What type of housing can you provide?  Students, Veterans, Drug and Alcohol rehab, Golden Girls, aged out Foster Children and more

 Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is involved in about 40 flips a year between him and his clients.  Also about 40 wholesales a year.  He is a licensed real estate broker the last 18 years, and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients.  Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
