Cody (Christian's Patner) started investing in multifamily real estate properties at age 19. With a capital of less than $3,000 and a goal to help his mother retire, he leveraged creative financing approaches and built meaningful connections that eventually helped him acquire 105 multifamily units – and it’s still growing.

Christian on the other hand started investing at age 29 and by the age of 30, he has amassed a total of 95 units all by himself, without having solid connections to help him get started.

 Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is involved in about 40 flips a year between him and his clients.  Also about 40 wholesales a year.  He is a licensed real estate broker the last 18 years, and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients.  Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
