About Submeter Solutions: In 1999 founder Jeff Lowry developed a device for the submetering industry (PulseFlow) at the request of a friend. Jeff, a licensed Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering has a vast experience in design and development of hardware and software systems. A new company, Submeter Systems, began selling metering equipment on the web in the early 2000s. From helping a customer to size a gas meter to designing and installing a state-of-the-art wireless submetering system for a high rise with over 2000 meter points. In 2009 the company was incorporated and changed its name to Submeter Solutions. Monthly utility billing services were added in 2010. Our philosophy of not just offering a cookie-cutter approach to billing services, but customizing services and software for each property still applies to every billing account today. Submeter Solutions continues to grow with an expanded product line of meters and remote meter reading systems that are sold and installed throughout the US. Submeter Solutions also continues to design and produce new meter reading equipment and software platforms used throughout the submetering industry.

Has been a member of REAPS since 2008. Currently holds rental properties, working on smaller short plat projects, doing flips, and owns a multifamily property and is seeking more multifamily properties.
