Troy will be showing actual pics from the hundreds

of structural inspections he's done on what to watch out for.

Troy is an investor himself, so as a building inspector, he loves working with fellow investors.

He has an "investor inspection" which is different from a typical inspection that he can tell you about.

Troy is a building inspector and has a past in the mortgage business. Troy flips manufactured homes and owns a whole park with 188 pads. Come learn from his experience. He has a broad base of knowledge in many topics. He is a fellow member you should get to know.

Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is involved in about 40 flips a year between him and his clients. Also about 40 wholesales a year. He is a licensed real estate broker the last 18 years, and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients. Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
