Workforce Housing is in need in every market. Covid reminded people they don't want to live in apartments. Enter the build to rent communities popping up! Fast ways to get much needed housing out there and Bethany explains a passive income opportunities, as well.

Bethany Finch, the "Remote RV Investor" and founder of American Made Home Solutions. Bethany has over 25 years founding and running 4 separate companies; a credit hacking business, an executive rental business, a single family residential renovation business, and a multifamily syndication business. Her and her husband, Kurt Finch, have worked their way all their way up from a groundskeeper to owner of multifamily, at one time Kurt had over 5,000 doors all under full renovations across 20 different properties under management. Kurt & Bethany are working to utilize their God given gifts to further Christ's kingdom while utilizing their many properties in many different markets. Bethany spent many of her years also teaching both K-12 students and adults in a variety of subjects such as higher level math and sciences. She loves to see the “lightbulb” go off for people to be able to see the door opened to opportunities they never knew were available. You can find Bethany & Kurt travelling the USA with their RV security, Blue dog.

Our Bellingham Meals N Deals is held monthly on the first Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $25 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your FIRST MEETING for FREE. ...If you don't register in advance online then please plan to pay $25 at the door when you arrive.

John Carey is stepping down from being our Moderator the last 7 years! Tell John how much you appreciate all he did over the years!! Many dozens of classes organized.

John Carey has been a REAPS member since 2014. He has been a full time investor since 2007. He holds Single Family rentals, Mobile Home/RV Park, Commercial Retail and does Rehab Flips. He has been self-employed entrepreneur for the last 40 years. He spent 30+ years in the automotive field. He started his Real Estate investing at the age of 22 by buying his first duplex. In his off time he enjoys family, the outdoors and music!
