Our topic this month will be Vacation Rentals; ideas on best places or types that work, had to avoid some of the headaches, whats happening now with the market changes.
We will have two property managers talking about their businesses, and the Vacation Rental marketplace in the Seattle Area.

Our South Meals N Deals is held monthly on the second Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.
If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. If you don't register online then please plan to pay $20 at the door when you arrive.
Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients. Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
