Lam is a long time Commercial Loan Specialist and REAPS member.  She specialized in multifamily and commercial loans.  She'll give you insights on all the available loan programs and highlight some things she thinks people should know about like the different commercial property types, their financing parameters, qualification requirements, how to underwrite the deal, and some market trends. 

Come learn her insights from working at several different lending institutions over the last two decades.

Lam is a local Pacific Northwest resident with more than two decades of lending experience, with a special focus on commercial loans for multi-family, retail, office, industrial, construction, special purpose, and mixed-use, as well as bridge loans and lines of credit. She knows the ins and outs of business financing—including brokering, market analysis, loan underwriting, syndication, REO assets, and complex debt structuring for local developers, non-profits, and bank participants. She serves as a trusted advisor who executes plans tailored to meet your goals.

Outside of work, Lam enjoys traveling and spending time with her family of five and her dog and cat. Lam is also an avid pickleball player, snow shoer, and culinary enthusiast.
