ADU / DADU AND THE FUTURE of housing.   From design, through permitting to construction, an opportunity to making a positive change in our communities.  Helping to supply that "missing middle" in housing.

Bozurka Pejcic-Morrison is one of those people who always knew what she wanted to do.
She entered and won many art competitions in early years till deciding that product design would make a right transition between art and three dimensional form that would take her to a final destination in the world of architecture and interior design. The history of her native town Belgrade spreads along six centuries living behind the architectural vernacular of great verity and strong personality. That, together with her artistic background tints her work with distinctive unique qualities.
Bozurka has over thirty years of experience in architectural design, planning and interior design. Upon receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering in mid eighties, Bozurka has joined several medium to large size architectural and interior design firms in Belgrade, Vancouver, BC and Seattle. Her work experience ranges from design for residential and commercial developments, urban planning and reconstruction of historical buildings to a variety of interior design projects.
In the early nineties she continued to expand her international experience after moving to Vancouver, BC where she concentrated on primarily multi-family residential projects. Vancouver a city of a remarkable personality has made a big influence on her professional growth. After receiving a job offer in 1998 she joined a large multi-disciplinary firm in Seattle contributing to design quality essential to win projects, federal grant competitions and development awards. The project types included multi-family residential and commercial developments.
Creative and analytical by nature she is able to research, create and evaluate feasibility studies, space programming, develop conceptual design as well as to be directly involved in design development and construction phases. Intensified field experience has increased her appreciation for construction process and shifted her emphasis to design development and careful detailing.
Accustomed to projects with challenging goals, budgets and physical constraints she has developed comprehensive understanding of the design and construction process in which she listens and replies with carefully crafted functional and expressive design respectful to its surrounding and client’s objectives.

She believes that design is just a beginning, learning experience and creation of what you believe in.
