Jim Henderson is a second-generation real estate investor and housing provider. Jim has owned and operated a rental housing services company called LandlordSolutions since 2001 and has run a political lobbying firm called Washington Government Relations (WGR) since 2018.

LandlordSolutions serves large property management firms and small ‘mom-n-pop’ landlords and everyone in between. We offer the following services:

  • Drafting and serving notices
  • End-to-end management of the eviction process
  • Tenant Screening and HireScreening, which offers hand-verified, legally compliant reports on applicants
  • Landlord360, a service that enables housing providers to ask questions directly to a lawyer without paying expensive retainers

WGR represents the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors (TPCAR). Jim has been an active member of NARPM for more than 17 years, has served in several leadership roles at the local, state, and regional levels.

 Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is involved in about 40 flips a year between him and his clients.  Also about 40 wholesales a year.  He is a licensed real estate broker the last 18 years, and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients.  Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
