Jimmy Tang has been investing in real estate since 2004 and has done over 100+ deals including wholesaling, flips, rentals and new construction in the Seattle and surrounding cities!

Tang Real Estate Investments focuses on being Residential Redevelopment Specialists.

Since 2020, he has focused mainly on building multiple Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU/DADU) on single family zoning in Seattle!

With the new House Bill 1337, he's looking to scale this throughout the state as more cities open up to the higher density.
