About our speakers: Alan and Elena Neely are a husband and wife team who have been investing in real estate since 2000. They have rehabbed, rented, and developed properties in Seattle. They were doing the BRRR thing, before it was a thing. Looking for the most efficient returns on their time and finances led to investing in apartments through syndications. Combined they currently own over 5600 units as a General Partner or Limited Partner. Alan and Elena Neely are passionate about helping others find the most turbulent free & direct route to financial freedom, just as they have done.

Currently holds rental properties, working on smaller short plat projects, doing flips, and owns a multifamily property and is seeking more multifamily properties.
