Wayne and his wife Angel have been REAPS members over the years. He is newly retired from Microsoft, but while he worked there he also did active and passive real estate investing. Wayne now has more time to spend at REAPS and is excited to share the knowledge he's gained over the years.

He has been a big fan of Syndication investing and will share

what he think's about when considering placing his money.

Jeff Hamel is a newly retired firefighter. Plus a Licensed Contractor since 1991, General Contractor since 2009. Bought his first single-family rental property in 1994. Has been a member of REAPS since 2008. Currently holds rental properties, working on smaller short plat projects, doing flips, and owns a multifamily property and is seeking more multifamily properties.
