Our Member Ruth Russell of L3R, LLC with be our special guest. She will be sharing her story of of her Real Estate Investing. She has been investing since 2005, has flipped over 70 homes and owns multiple rentals. She has had some big wins...and some big losses. She is going to share some of wins, losses and how she is prepared to take on the new year!!
Ruth has been to the School of 'REAPS'. Ruth made $56,000 working on her first flip on the weekends and she was hooked! She loves everything Real Estate. Come learn what she has to share.
Our South Meals N Deals is held monthly on the second Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.
If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. If you don't register online then please plan to pay $20 at the door when you arrive.
Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients. Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
