Our REAPS Commercial meeting is held every month on the 2nd Wednesday at the Bellevue Azteca Mexican Restaurant. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community!

If you have decided to take the plunge into commercial real estate, this may just be the group you have been looking for. If you are new to commercial investing and want to surround yourself with other members making the same plunge then join us. The meeting is a round table format so open discussions are the norm and speakers are rare. Come prepared to share as much as you are prepared to learn. Christine Neilson is from London, England and moved to the United States in 1991. She has a B.A. Honors Business Studies with a major in Finance from SouthBankUniversity in London.

Prior to moving to the United States Christine worked in the computer industry for seven years as an operator and programmer before becoming a Surveyor specializing in commercial real estate appraisal, acquisition and development. Her experience has included working in both private and public organizations in management positions.

On moving to the US in 1991 Christine entered the financial services sector with New York Life Insurance Company. In 1996 Christine started her own company, Neilson Advisory Group, Inc. providing business and individual clients with full financial services, including investment, insurance, tax and retirement planning.  

In 2010 she sold her practice in Los Angeles and moved to Seattle recently affiliating with Mass Mutual to provide clients with an extensive team to develop and implement financial plans with strategies for any situation.

Christine is life insurance licensed and a registered investment advisor holding Series 6, 7, 63 & 65 licenses. Christine is also an Enrolled Agent, a federally licensed tax practitioner allowed to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

With over twenty years experience in the financial and tax services field Christine has the skill set to provide clients with the expertise they seek to implement a cohesive life plan to achieve their financial goals.

Having a professional background in real estate as well as investing in real estate herself Christine provides a unique viewpoint on financial planning for real estate investors.

I am a full time professional firefighter. Licensed Contractor since 1991, General Contractor since 2009. I bought our first single-family rental property in 1994. Have been a member of REAPS since 2008. We currently hold rental properties, working on smaller short plat projects, doing flips, and seeking Multi-Family properties.
