Her hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective as both a broker and an active investor.  Dedicated to growing the local investing community, Kristel leads the Kitsap REAPS group every month and serves on the REAPS Board of Directors, connecting investors with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in today’s competitive market.

Joanne is an award winning certified mortgage planner serving home buyers and investors since 2000.   Joanne was born and raised in Seattle so has a thorough knowledge of both the local real estate market and the financial markets.  Joanne is a passionate and enthusiastic advocate for investors seeking to achieve wealth through the accumulation of real estate.  Joanne graduated from Seattle University with a degree in business management.  In addition to helping her clients purchase homes and investment properties in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, Joanne is an accomplished real estate investor herself, and long time REAPS member and volunteer.  Joanne has the market knowledge and expertise to help her clients find the right mortgage to meet their needs.  Joanne is dedicated to finding great rates and loan options for her customers offering some of the fastest turn times in the industry.  Her gift is structuring deals.   She enjoys finding creative financing and figuring out the puzzle of creative deal structuring and financing.  Awarded five star professional over nine years running providing: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, & Non QM.
