She and her husband have flipped and renovated homes together, while also managing a small rental portfolio. Her hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective as both a broker and an active investor.  Dedicated to growing the local investing community, Kristel leads the Kitsap REAPS group every month and serves on the REAPS Board of Directors, connecting investors with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in today’s competitive market.
