 Bio- Don Hale An entrepreneur from almost the beginning, Don owned an industrial supply business for almost 19 years, and sold it with 20 employees, and became a real estate agent in 2008, the best of years, as we all know. Having invested in real estate, and now selling it as well, Don has gone on to giving classes to real estate agents on investing to help their client.
His investing includes Spec houses, multifamily, owner financed selling, hard money lending, and more.
Before Covid he sold consistently 100 homes and properties a year.
Many people ask, did you personally sell 100 homes?, the answers is no, “but I did get 100 checks a year.”
