ABOUT KRIS FREEBERG: Educated to be a CPA, Kris Freeberg took a left turn into Economics in 1996 because he found it to be more interesting than audits and tax returns. Since then, he has helped a wide variety of households and businesses plan and achieve their goals. In many cases, his clients' investment portfolios have included a substantial real estate component.
Now he works with real estate from several different simultaneous perspectives: agent, buyer, seller, investor, borrower, lender, landlord, tenant, vendor, and property manager. Through all of this experience, he has learned the real estate investor mindset and devised tools and techniques distinctly suited for it, to help real estate investors succeed long term.
