self-limitations and gives them the tools to create solutions on their

Don Hale An entrepreneur from almost the beginning, Don owned an industrial supply business for almost 19 years, and sold it
with 20 employees, and became a real estate agent in 2008, the best of
years, as we all know. Having invested in real estate, and now selling
it as well, Don has gone on to giving classes to real estate agents on
investing to help their client.
His investing includes, Spec houses, multifamily, owner financed selling, hard money lending, and more.
Before Covid he sold consistently 100 homes and properties a year. Many
people ask, did you personally sell 100 homes, the answers is no, “but I
did get 100 checks a year.”

Our Bellingham Meals N Deals is held monthly on the first Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $30 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

With a passion to help others break free from the rat race, Eric shares his knowledge of how becoming your own banker can create financial freedom for you and generations to follow.
