Estimates for permits, consultant fees for studies, reports, surveys, & construction costs. A project
file with project notes, and various reports including project costs & timeline, project contacts,
work scope for subs, and professional referrals will be created and maintained. This is a low-cost
analysis of readily available information typically used for planning & permitting. Our service is
designed to provide a goal-based process that helps identify issues during the feasibility phase of
your Vacant Land Purchase & Sale Agreement. This service is for prospective buyers only. This
service can turn into a full feasibility study with a project management agreement or to set the
foundation for a project to be managed on your own.
Full Feasibility Study with Project Management Services starting at $7,500.00, this service
includes separate consultant fees for studies, reports, and surveys.
