Come network on the patio… then come inside and discover what lenders never tell you.
Join us for an evening with Merrill Chandler — known for challenging conventional thinking around business funding, lender approvals, and borrower positioning. Merrill’s work focuses on what he calls becoming “fundable,” emphasizing borrower behavior and bank-readiness beyond just credit scores.
You never know exactly what Merrill is going to reveal…
• Hidden credit optimization strategies that may impact approvals—not just scores
• Banking relationship tactics that sophisticated borrowers use
• Business funding insights and lender-readiness techniques
• How institutions often evaluate borrowers behind the scenes
• Financing options investors and entrepreneurs may overlook
• Common funding mistakes that quietly shut doors before applications are submitted
• Ways to position yourself for stronger lending opportunities
• How experienced operators think about access to capital differently
Whether you're growing a real estate portfolio, scaling a business, or preparing for your next opportunity—this is the kind of conversation that could change how you think about funding.
