Carlos Jara is a licensed broker in Washington state. Carlos is unique in the world of Commercial Real Estate in that he has done it all personally, from starting businesses and negotiating leases, purchasing commercial property, selling a business, and leasing out his own property…all before becoming a broker. Carlos has been a small business owner in Kitsap County since 2004, opening businesses such as Harborside Market and Toro Lounge. Carlos has previously served as president for the Downtown Bremerton Association as well as being on the board of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce. Carlos received his BBA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX and is fluent in Spanish.
Our Kitsap Meals N Deals is held monthly on the first Wednesday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $35 for guests. Registration is required. From flipping homes to leading a real estate brokerage, Kristel Daugherty has built a career defined by vision, action, and results. An Army veteran, Kristel combines military discipline with a creative background, holding a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design.
As the owner and managing broker of Revival Realty, Kristel has closed over $15 million in real estate sales. She and her husband have flipped and renovated homes together, while also managing a small rental portfolio. Her hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective as both a broker and an active investor.
Dedicated to growing the local investing community, Kristel leads the Kitsap REAPS group every month and serves on the REAPS Board of Directors, connecting investors with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in today’s competitive market.
