Briana Nasman Bio:
From house hacking, to renovating and managing a condemned clean & sober house, to out of state flipping, luxury new construction, and remodel business ownership, Briana has done it all (to varying degrees of success š). Now a full time real estate agent and land developer (currently working on an 8 lot subdivision in Pierce county) Briana loves to share her knowledge and help people with their projects and goals.
Nghi Le started his professional career as a software and data engineer in the IT consulting world. In 2014, he began flipping houses in Seattle as a side hustle and in 2017 ventured into BRRRRs in 8 other states. After borrowing from dozens of different hard money lenders and interviewing 200+ lenders nationwide, he saw the inefficiencies of real estate financing and wanted to make an impact, so he decided to make a career change. Since 2018, has specialized in financing solutions for real estate investors across the country, with expertise in creative financing, hard and private money, second liens and HELOCs, DSCR loans, and other non-traditional lending programs.
