Our Kitsap Meals N Deals is held monthly on the first Wednesday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

About Our Speaker....

• Dave Billings grew up building houses with his father Paul and launched his first business, a painting company, before he graduated high school
• Not being a fan of sanding drywall & pouring concrete, he obtained a Masters Degree in Psychology.
• He supervised public mental health programs in Idaho and Washington and later built a busy full time private therapy practice for adults and children.
• After realizing his wife was home single parenting his daughters in the evenings while he was seeing clients, Dave got in tune with his "Big Why" and made his move into real estate investing so he could be with his family by controlling his own schedule and creating his own income.
• He found immediately that his Psychology and Therapy background provided him with essential tools that he uses daily in his work with sellers, in training his private coaching clients, and training his team members.
• He's been in growth mode with his company ever sense, conducting all kinds of transactions locally but some as far away as places like Florida and Alabama.
• Dave has been in and out of a lot of living rooms and made offers to a wide variety of crowds, so if anybody understands the psychology of working with off market sellers it's Dave.

 

 About Our Moderator...

Mike Sumsky is a long-time REAPS member, REAPS Board member and MC of the REAPS Kitsap satellite group.  He is a full-time real estate investor and owner of Washington Home Solutions, based out of Bremerton, WA.  Mike specializes in creative deal structuring, raising private money, wholesaling, land lording and lease options.  When Mike is not flipping houses, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, rooting for the Seahawks, enjoying the outdoors, golfing and wine tasting.
