Our main event is held monthly on the 4th Thursday and is open to the public. Most of these meetings will be at the Bellevue Red Lion Hotel.  Members can attend this meeting free. Guests are $20 online or $25 at the door. If you have never attended one of our main events then just use coupon code “guest” at checkout to register for free for your first meeting.

Speed Networking & Expert Panel

Last month we spent an evening getting to know our most valuable vendors in the Puget Sound. This month we are going to focus on our most valuable members.....YOU.  We are working hard at creating a networking evening that will include Speed Dating (Networking) and Expert Panels made up of members who do ONE THING really, really well. Need to find out who the bird dogs are in our group? Need to find out who has private money to lend? Need to find out who you can wholesale your deals to? This is the event for you. We will have full details and how you can best participate soon. For now, just make sure you are registered.

I am looking for people to help me with this meeting. I am looking for 10-15 people that do one thing really, really well in their business. Here are some brainstorming ideas on how you might be able to contribute.

1.  Do you use VA's to off load most of your tedious, non-revenue generating work?

2.  Are you a bird dog who finds properties to wholesale?

3.  Are you an expert at evaluating what a rehab will cost?

4.  Do you consider yourself adept at determing ARV and general property valuations?

5.  Are you great at bookeeping, tax planning and maximizing your write-off's in your business?

6.  Are you a systems person...organized to no-end?

7.  Are you focused primarily on sourcing off-market properties?

8. Are you focused on making great deals with MLS listed properties?

9. Is your business focused primarily on notes?

10.  Do you have a knack for talking and negotiating with sellers?

11.  Do you have a sharp skill for staging and marketing properties?

12.  Is your business focused on lease option solutions rather than conventional landlording?

13.  Do you consider yourself great at managing properties with low vacancy and maximizing cash flow?

14.  Do you have a solid, predictable direct mail campaign that works?

You see, each of us does something really well in our business and this month we are going to share that skill with your fellow members. In order for this to work I need you to volunteer to chair a round table discussion with small groups of members on your skill...and I will help you do it.

What happens at a REAPS meeting? A lot! Doors open at 6:00pm in to our amazing networking room. Meet vendors and other members and see what kind of people join REAPS.  Food is served and the company is great. Pose a question about real estate to any of our volunteers at the Genius Bar or attend our Orientation at 6:30pm where we cover all the reasons why REAPS is one of the best Professional Associations in the nation for real estate investors. At 7:00pm our make your way into the ballroom for our jam-packed main meeting with your host and President, Katherine Swanberg. Watch as members announce what they have and what they need during the “Haves and Wants” round.  Learn about the current real estate market during our Market Update. Then, stick around to see our guest speaker. We look forward to having you as our guest.
