Our South Meals N Deals is held monthly on the second Monday and is open to the public. This event is FREE for members and $15 for guests. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional, but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community! If you have never attended one of our events, then just register online and use promo code "guest" to attend your first meeting for free. Doors open at 6:00pm for networking, meeting begins at 6:30pm.

She does the monthly market reports at our main events and we will be doing an enhanced version of the market report as well as input from other top leaders. There will also be a Q&A session so be ready to engage!

Angelique Tinney has been bringing REAPS members the latest real estate news, trends, stats and economic data along with her insights, to help members be well informed for making smart investing decisions.

Angelique’s personal real estate investing experience includes flips, rentals, short-platting, home building and an Airbnb Beach Rental.

About Our Moderator....

Greg Gallagher is a REAPS Board Member. His business primarily consists of flips and wholesale deals in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been working/buying at the foreclosure auctions since 2009 for himself and for clients. Finally, Greg is involved in real estate investing education as an instructor and coach.
